NCAA 13 Sign-ups

Welcome one and all this is where we will start taking sign-ups for the upcoming NCAA 13 online dynasty. I believe in 1st come 1st serve here on MSF so with that being said with each sign-up locks you in to draft your team in that position.

1. Notre Dame (though I know they are independent and may not work)
