Trade Rules & FA Bidding Rules

A. Trade Deadline will be just like in the real NFL and anyone caught trading after will be removed. But another thing about the trades are they must meet realistic expectations and garnish approval from either Bradysenior or Lethal before players conclude such deals. A Forum section for Trade Proposals and Trade Approvals will be made.

Here you will find the Rules for Trades for Season 2 when trading with a CPU managed team.

We will be using the trade outline below as a way to make reasonable trades via our league, as members we must understand that any CPU trade that goes up for approval must be in favor of the CPU and the reason for this is to assure that all of our are as hard as a user game!!

Franchise Players:
Every team will have a Franchise Player for Offense and Defense. This player cannot be cut or traded unless he is in the last year of his contract. If you trade away your franchise player during his contract year, then you must now select a new franchise player to replace him. This here is a new rule that will apply to Madden 12 as you will have a major amount of options to choose from to give your player an in game title.

The following formula will be used for ALL CPU MANAGED TEAMS:

90+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 1 player per season.

80+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 1players per season.

70+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 3 players per season.

60+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 4+ players per season.



If you trade a 90-100 player, you may NOT trade away any more players that season.

If you trade a 80-89 player, you may NOT trade away any more players that season.

If you trade a 70-79 player, you may still trade for 2 more 60-79 rated players.

If you trade a 60+ player, you may still trade for 3+ more 60-69 rated players.



The Following formula USER Trades must help the CPU at all times or get a unanimous agreement between users

90+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 1 player per season.

80+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 1 players per season.

70+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 3 players per season.

60+ Rated Players - You may only trade for/away 4 players per season.

* Now if 2 users agree to a lopsided trade it may not get an approval, but if it's a deal you two have worked out money wise then we will cross that bridge.

All trades must still be approved by the Head Commish, but with new CPU trade logic any trade still may be shot down by AI.

FREE AGENCY:
As you may know we really won't have any issue with FA this year as owners will need to be mindful of their Salary Cap and Roster Max, but rest assure this season of FA will be more strategic than previous seasons.

FA Bidding:
The bidding process will last about 24hrs only and the person with the last bid at that time will have their players already posted to theirs teams at close of bidding. during off season

Bid Stealing:
Now its allowed but be warned no thread bashing of any kind!!!
